The most common problems we see in mechanical watches are broken crystals and a non-working movement. This type of movement requires a full-service clean and overhaul which consists of taking the entire movement apart, clean each tiny piece in a ultrasonic cleaner, re oil, re assemble and put back together, there may be damaged parts that will be determined during your free estimate.  Other common repairs to all mechanical watches are broken stem and crown, or numbers, markers or hands that have come loose.
